Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Wonder Realm Post collects and uses information when families use the website and letter subscription.

Information we collect

We collect the parent or guardian’s name, email address, optional phone number, subscription selections, and billing-related identifiers. To personalize and deliver letters, we also collect the child’s name, reading level, chosen character, and mailing address.

How information is used

Information is used to create subscriptions, personalize stories, prepare and mail letters, provide parent-account features, send service notices, prevent misuse, and respond to support requests.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Wonder Realm Post does not store complete payment-card numbers. Stripe handles payment information according to its own privacy practices.

Children’s information

A parent or legal guardian must provide and manage a child’s information. We use that information only to provide the requested letter service and related account support.

Cookie and Tracking Technology Policy

We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to operate our website, analyze our traffic, and deliver targeted advertisements to you. By continuing to use our website, you agree to our use of these technologies as described below.

Categories of Cookies We Use

How Google Processes Data

Because we utilize Google Analytics and Google Ads, Google collects and processes certain automated data from your visits. You can learn more about how Google handles this information by reviewing the Google Privacy & Terms for Partner Sites.

Your Rights and Opt-Out Options

We believe in giving you control over your data. You can manage or disable your cookie preferences at any time using the following methods:

US State Privacy Disclosures (California & Other States)

Under certain US state laws, the use of third-party advertising and targeting cookies, such as those used for Google Ads remarketing, may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising.

If you are a resident of a state with comprehensive privacy laws, such as California, you may have the right to opt out of this tracking. You may exercise this right by selecting “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in our website footer or by using a browser that broadcasts a recognized opt-out signal, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC).

Sharing and retention

We share information only with providers needed to operate payments, printing, mailing, hosting, and customer support, or when required by law. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes and applicable obligations.

Your choices

Parents may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by using the Contact Us page. Some billing or transaction records may need to be retained for legal purposes.
