Terms and Conditions

These terms govern use of the Wonder Realm Post website and recurring letter subscription.

Parent or guardian authorization

The service must be purchased and managed by an adult 18 years or older who is authorized to provide the child’s personalization and mailing information. Minors should not use the site to submit personal data.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions renew monthly at the price shown during checkout until canceled. The selected plan determines the intended annual number of letters. Payments and subscription management are handled through Stripe.

Cookie acceptance

By using this website, you acknowledge the placement of necessary cookies and, when you provide consent, analytical cookies as described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services limitation

While this site integrates third-party services, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, we do not control how those third parties operate their infrastructure beyond the standard settings provided. We are not responsible for external network issues or third-party data handling.

Delivery

Mailing and arrival dates are estimates. Delivery may be affected by address accuracy, postal delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost or damaged letters

If a letter arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you are entitled to receive a replacement free of charge. Please contact us within 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date to request a replacement.

Refund policy

If your subscription renews and you wish to cancel, you have three days to contact us to request a refund for letters we have not processed. After that period, we can cancel future renewals, but we cannot refund the current month’s letters that have already been processed. We will send any remaining letters included in the current subscription period.

If you mistype your shipping address during checkout and we send your letters to that address, you are not entitled to a refund. We will, however, resend the letters to the corrected address as a courtesy.

Changes, pauses, and cancellations

You can log in to your Parent Account and cancel your subscription at any time. When a subscription is canceled through the Parent Account, you will receive a cancellation email. If you email us to request cancellation, we will also notify you after the account has been canceled. You can log in to confirm whether the subscription is active or canceled. Continued charges indicate that the subscription has not been canceled.

It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of an address change or update the address in the Parent Account. We will resend letters to the corrected address going back up to two months, or 60 days. Letters mailed more than 60 days earlier are not eligible for a refund or resend.

Character, reading level, and subscription-type updates can be made in the Parent Account at any time. Updates apply beginning with the next unprocessed letter. Subscriptions can also be paused and reactivated through the Parent Account.

Story content

Letters are educational entertainment inspired by real destinations. While we aim for age-appropriate accuracy, the mythical character’s narrative and adventures are fictional.

Acceptable use

You may use purchased letters for personal household use. You may not reproduce, resell, publish, or commercially distribute the stories or designs without permission.

Service changes

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service, or any part or content of it, at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that results obtained from use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

You agree that we may remove the service for indefinite periods or cancel the service at any time without notice. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.

Wonder Realm Post, including its owners, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website, server downtime, or the purchase of any products.

“As-is” website disclaimer

This website and its contents are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Severability

If any single provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
